Sir (Dr) Leesi Gabriel Gborogbosi is a Management Consultant, Philanthropist, Technocrat-Politician, Knight of John Wesley (Methodist Church Nigeria) and University Lecturer, soon. He is an experienced leader with expertise in management consulting, upstream oil & gas operations, strategy, policy advisory, finance, governance, risk management, compliance, performance management, due diligence, transformation, leadership development and training, cost reduction, tender/contract board, and knowledge management. Deeply, he loves acquiring knowledge, teaching, coaching leaders and helping to solve critical business and governance problems. He has a Doctorate in Business Administration and a Doctorate in Business Studies from IE Business School, Madrid, Spain. He received a Master in Research Methodology in Management Sciences from IE Business School, Madrid, Spain, and an MBA (Finance and Banking) from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. His first degree was in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He has a keen interest in writing academic conference papers. His papers were nominated for the best conference paper prize awards by the Strategic Management Society conferences in 2017 (Houston) and 2015 (Denver). Also, he was appointed Session Chairman of Leading Change Implementation Processes at the SMS conference. Sir (Dr) Gborogbosi is the Founder and Managing Director/CEO of Gabriel Domale Consulting, a management consulting firm that helps companies and all tiers of government in Africa to grow, provides insight to leaders, and transforms institutions. Also, he is the Founder and Chairman of Gborogbosi Foundation and Kilsi United Football Club. Over three decades working in a global oil and gas company (Shell, Nigeria) before founding Gabriel Domale Consulting (management consulting firm), he has served in various leadership and managerial roles, such as finance manager of a portfolio of complex gas capital projects. Before that, he was deputy business finance manager (oil/gas production). He was head of business controls and SAP compliance monitoring, knowledge management advisor (finance consulting and contracting transformation), and deputy head of corporate budgeting. He was a member of the team – corporate strategy, planning, budget, and reporting team. Sir (Dr) Leesi Gabriel Gborogbosi is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, and a Fellow of the Mentoring and Career Development Institute of Nigeria. Also, he is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply London, a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, and member of the Strategic Management Society, United States.
